Participation fees are in EURO and include onsite participation to the conference, social dinner and technical tours.

Cancelation Policy
All refund requests must be made via email to szoltysik.karolina@baua.bund.de. All cancellations received before May 1st, 2023 (23:59 CET) will be subject to a 30 € cancellation fee.
Refunds for cancellations received after May 1st, 2023 (23:59 CET) will only be made in exceptional circumstances. Any cancellations due to visa requests being denied will be refunded based on the cancellation terms above. You are able to change the name on the registration without penalty.
