IEEE No Show Policy
Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on no-show. Therefore, if a paper is accepted, one of the authors or their representatives MUST PRESENT the paper at the conference. Papers with no-show participants without a valid reason will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore. No refund of the paid fees may be claimed by the no-show author.
Payment Instructions
For Local Participants (Malaysians):
- Payment in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- The payment link is as follows (please note that this link will be available from 1st July 2024): https://payhub.utm.my/
- While doing payment, in the payment reference, please write the following statement:
- Payment for 2024 IEEE APEE paper ID: xxxxxxxx
- All bank charges are borne by the participant.
- After performing Wire Transfer/Bank transfer, the system will automatically generate the official receipt.
- Please email the official receipt to apee@utm.my and cc to norjulia@fke.utm.my for us to update your payment status in EDAS. Please quote your paper ID and conference name (APEE 2024) in the email subject.
- For student and IEEE member, please provide your student card copy and IEEE membership card copy together with the email.
For International Participants:
- Payment in US Dollar (USD). Please refer to the conference fees table.

- While doing payment, in the payment reference, please write the following statement:

- Conference code: 2024 IEEE APEE
