CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
In order to participate in the activities of APL 2023, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference. Regular registration covers a maximum of two (2) papers per registration with a limit of 6 pages per paper. Each additional page will incur an additional fee of USD 40 per page. Payments of conference registration fees must be made by 31st March 2023 (early bird) and 15th May 2023 (normal), otherwise your paper will not be included in the proceedings.
ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE (EARLY BIRD/ NORMAL)
Regular registration fee (Early Bird/ Normal) includes:
- a set of conference kit
- admission to all tutorials, technical sessions, morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks, lunches and
- conference gala dinner
Non-Presenter/Companion Participant (for 3-days ONLY) registration fee includes:
- a set of conference kit
- admission to all tutorials, technical sessions, morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks and lunches
- gala dinner can be added by registering it for the fees of MYR 300 (USD 80)
EARLY REGISTRATION (EARLY BIRD)
Authors who make their payment before 31st March 2023 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate.
IEEE MEMBERS REGISTRATION
IEEE members will receive a discount on the APL 2023 registration fees. Members are required to indicate their IEEE membership number during registration (please update your EDAS profile) and to bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the conference.
