Jorge M. Levingston

Born in San Luis – Argentina in 1982. Graduated in Physics and PhD in Physics from the National University of Córdoba with strongly experimental training. He has experience in the development of materials science experiments, materials nanostructured by various ultra-fast solidification techniques. In assembly, modification and development of laboratory equipment in the Materials Group of the Faculty of Mathematics, Astronomy and Physics – UNC and INTI. In his doctoral thesis he was inclined to the study, development and improvement of the Energy Product in Permanent Magnets based on Nd, with the aim of obtaining permanent magnets with a high energy product for compact high-torque electric motors that can be adapted to different power plants. in today’s wide variety of transportation vehicles. He worked at the Critical Materials Institute (CMI) at Ames Laboratory, Ames-Iowa, belonging to the United States Department of Energy (U.S. Department of Energy) from 2014 to 2015. He has worked since 2015 at the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI) in the Department of Renewable Energies and Energy Management NEA and as Coordinator of the Research Area, assistance in the generation of original and / or innovative, scientific and / or technological knowledge , seeking the insertion of SMEs within micro and nanotechnologies. He has been working since 2017 in the Secretariat of Science and Technology of the Government of the Province of Formosa, Argentina, in consulting, evaluation, supervision, agreements, programs and developments in Science and Technology and links with SMEs. He has several publications and academic articles in International Peer-Reviewed Magazines, participations in conferences and oral presentations and invited talks. In the organization and management of undergraduate and graduate courses and seminars. Direction of various national research and development projects and grants.

Guillermo R. Catuogno

Guillermo was born in Villa Mercedes, Argentina, in 1981. In 2007 he graduated as an electrical-electronic engineer at the National University of San Luis (UNSL). In 2013, he received his Doctorate in Engineering Sciences from the National University of Río Cuarto (UNRC), Argentina. His postdoctorate was done at Otto Von Guericke University (OVGU) in Magdeburg, Germany.

He is a full professor at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia in the Department of Electrical Engineering and provides professional advice to companies such as BASF, General Electric and REPSOL.
