Paper Format

• Full Papers: Up to 6 pages (including references).
• Extended Abstracts: 2 pages (optional category).

All papers must follow the official IEEE Conference Template and be original, unpublished work.

🔍 Review Process

All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review, assessing originality, technical depth, clarity, and significance.

How & Where to Submit

All papers must be submitted through the CMT system. https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/IEEEBCC2025

1. Register or log in to the CMT system.
2. Select “IEEE Baja California Conference 2025”.
3. Upload your formatted paper in PDF format.
