IEEE Conference on Energy Conversion 2023

The 2023 IEEE Conference on Energy Conversion (CENCON 2023) will be fully physical (face-to-face) at Imperial Hotel Kuching, Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia, on 23rd to 24th October 2023. The objective of the conference is to share the latest research in the areas of power electronics, electrical drives, renewable energy, modelling and control systems.

CENCON 2023 is organized and sponsored by the IEEE Power Electronics (PELS) Malaysia Chapter; co-organized by Power Electronics and Drives Research Group (PEDG) Universiti Teknologi Malaysia; Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS); and technical co-sponsor by The Korean Institute of Power Electronics (KIPE).

The conference program will feature technical paper presentations and technical exhibition. Papers that are accepted and presented papers at the conference will be submitted to IEEE Xplore and will be included in IEEE Xplore digital library 979-8-3503-0238-7 and hence indexed in WEB OF SCIENCE and SCOPUS. We are glad to inform that the previous 2014, 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021. conference proceedings are already included in IEEEXplore digital library and SCOPUS.

CENCON 2023 covers a wide range of topics that include Control of Power Electronics, Education in Power Electronics, Electric & Hybrid Electric Vehicles, Electrical Machines Design and Drives, Energy Harvest and Storage, High Voltage and Electrical Insulation Engineering (Anything that related to the high voltage system and insulation), High Voltage Insulation Condition Monitoring, Multilevel Inverters, Power Electronics Converter and Design Issues, Power Engineering Systems, Power Quality Issues, Renewable Energy Systems, and Smart Grid.
