The goal of the Leadership panel Discussion is to ignite Leaders’ passion to lead at work and in voluntary organizations. The objective of the Panel Discussion is to groom members and potential members to lead effectively in leadership roles in the organization and in voluntary organizations.  The confirmed panelists will be an inclusion of both male and females.  Panelist are IEEE 2020 President Elect: Susan ‘Kathy’ Land, Mary Ellen Randall: President Ascot Technologies Honourable Fayval Williams, MP and Minister of Science Energy and technology in Jamaica, Dr. Paul Aiken: Former Dean University of the West Indies Mona Faculty of Engineering and CEO of Mona Tech, Jamaica.  The proposed audience will be from Academia, Corporate, Government, Young Professional and students from University and High Schools.
