Take a quick look at “Can Science Help People Unlearn Their Unconscious Biases” from The Smithsonian (a two-minute read). Implicit biases, which affect hiring and promotion decisions, can be unlearned.  One method to reduce intergroup prejudice is to interact with diverse groups.  We’ll discuss implicit bias and some of the strategies to reduce it.
