This workshop is designed to give women who are seeking new, more powerful and effective tools to overcome their workplace challenges, improve their overall work and life satisfaction/fulfillment and remain in their jobs and/or fields of endeavor, even in the face of the slow-to-change backdrop of work, i.e. teaching them to make the personal changes necessary to shift things for themselves, modelling it for others and creating new sources of support for themselves.
