My Women in Engineering Congress is a platform gathering women from various science, engineering
and technology fields on the same stage to discuss the role and responsibilities, challenge and demand
and the way forward for women to strive as women leader and balance of life between family and
career. It will focus on knowledge sharing from successful women leaders as to inspire more women
to be involved in the science and engineering career. It will also focus on gap and low involvement of
women in this field and finding the root cause and suggest the solution. “My” in the title is meant for
Malaysia in which the venue where the congress will take place.
