The workshop titled, “Magnetism and its Implications in Modern Life“, will provide middle-school students (grades 6-8) with a peak into the field of engineering while learning basic concepts related electricity and magnetism and their applications in daily life (energy conversion/storage, nanomedicine, robotics, data storage etc.). Overall, students will work in teams on interactive hands-on activities.
