1. Review Minutes of last meeting (approved)

2. Secretary’s report (Joe)
– Last meeting minutes entered into ieee.org

3. Treasurer’s report (NTR)

4. Publicity Report (Angie)
– Angie will go to WIE
– Nothing to report on 96 Boards workshop lately (they want to work with students directly)
– Buena HS may have a robotics program, John DeLalla may have more information
– Vint Cerf may still come for a talk during summer, need more info

5. Program Report (Richard)
– Young Professional Talk – 5/16
– Terahertz Technology for Space and Earth Applications Talk 5/14

6. Membership ()
– IEEE Student Branch at PCC – discuss when Jeff is available

7. LMAG (Keith)
– Had recent meeting with 12 people, spring gathering
– Book review meeting coming up in August
– Article discussion meeting in July
– Discussed LMAG working with students and mentoring, may require certification to work with students

8. Student Branch (NTR)
– Matthew has graduated
– Informed Richard of new chair, sent email to invite to EXCOM meeting

9. Awards ()
– Tom and Brenda may apply but no movement on this

10. Webmasters Report ()
– Jeff mentioned that wordpress does support links, archiving, and folders, but it may require some work to figure that out

11. New Business
– Reach out to IEEE – need point of contact for Electrical Safety Workshop in 2021
– Check with Brenda
– Need a Tour of TEP (Troy may have a contact at TEP)
– Need a Program Chair
– Have election for Vice Chair
Establish quorum for EXCOM (group includes chair, treasurer, secretary and vice-chair if available)
Elected Angie Vice Chair
– Troy Adams, (ISC)2 Tucson Chapter International Information System Security Certification Consortium. Group meets 3rd Thursday of each month also part of UA Cybercats

12. Next Meeting June 18

13. Discussion on membership.
– IEEE on the whole is down 3%
– Decline in Tucson (5.6%) is mostly down from students
