DevIC 2025: Registration
According to DevIC-2025 conference registration policy, after obtaining the formal acceptance by e-mail, at least one author of each paper must complete registration formalities including payment of full registration fee followed by submission of online registration form (Link will be supplied in the paper acceptance mail) at the rate mentioned below.
- International Authors (Outside India): submission of the registration fee via Townscript (Link Given below)
- Indian Authors (From India): Submission of the Registration fee by online transfer /NEFT to the bank a/c mentioned below

Rules and Regulations
- To register as a student member, all the authors must be student members.
- Without formal acceptance of the paper, Deposition of Registration Fee is not allowed.
- Registration Fees will cover: Registration kits, working time Breakfast/Lunch/snacks/tea, participation certificates.
- Registration fee excludes accommodation.
- Registration fee is for a single delegate.
- Registration fee is non refundable.
- All registered authors name will be displayed in this website.
- Best papers award will be provided with certificates.

What is DevIC 2025?
Devices for Integrated Circuits (DeviC) series of International Conference is the biannual flagship event of IEEE Kalyani Government Engineering College Student Branch Chapter (SBC) in association with IEEE EDS Kolkata Chapter in order to administer, share a common platform to young researchers, professionals, academicians, scholars, entrepreneurs and technocrats working in the area of electronic devices, circuits and systems.
6th version of DevIC Conference (DevIC 2025) aims to kindle a spark in the minds of the attendees with it’s diverse and inclusive talks, expert sessions and panel discussions by renowned notable speakers. It aims to amalgamate people all across India and abroad to come together, discuss, share and celebrate their cultures and vibrant ideas.
Where will DevIC 2025 be held?
This year DevIC 2025 will be conducted in Kalyani, West Bengal, India in an offline/physical mode only.
Which event can I attend?
Anyone who has registered for DevIC 2025 and has paid the Conference Registration fee may attend all the events listed in schedule.
Is this event open to only students or faculties?
No. This event is open to all, irrespective of Gender or Age. Everyone is welcome to attend.
How to pay the registration fee and complete the registration process?
According to DevIC-2025 conference registration policy, after obtaining the formal acceptance by e-mail, at least one author of each paper must complete registration formalities including payment of full registration fee to the bank A/c mentioned by NEFT/RTGS at the rate mentioned in the registration page of the conference website ().
After payment of online /NEFT payment of registration fee, one online registration form has to be filled later.
If two paper of one author got accepted, how much registration fee he has to pay?
If an author has more than one accepted paper, he has to register each paper separately i.e. registration fees are required for both the papers. If co-authors want to participate, they have to register as “Accompanying Person”.
What is the rule for availing student category of registration fee?
To register as a student member, all the authors must be student members. Research scholars will not be considered as any category of student.
How Post-conference services are done (such as processing papers and then forwarding to the journals or book series)?
Post-conference services as such as processing papers and then forwarding to the journals (as per journals requirements) will be handled by the Guest Editors. For Journal Publication, Guest Editors will communicate to the authors after the conference. Authors should follow the guide lines mentioned by the Guest Editors timely. If they fail to submit papers as revised version within the time limit, conference authority will not be liable for that.
After conference, according to the feed back given by Judges/experts, papers will be grouped for journals.
Guest editors for the journals will give call to authors for submitting the extended versions. If guest editor is satisfied then he will invite authors for uploading their papers in a particular selected journal.
How outstation candidates can avail accommodation?
If accommodation is required, the details of accommodation required (date from which accommodation required and for how many it is required) needs to be mentioned in the online registration submission form.
If accommodation is available, the conf. authority will inform the participants by mail about the accommodation and will also send them instructions to book it.
The availability of accommodation is limited and based on availability, it will be treated strictly in a First-come First-served basis.

Once registration is done, later conference committee will not be responsible for arranging accommodation.
