STEP 1: Prepare the Final Manuscript
- Use the IEEE conference templates for preparing your final manuscript.
- Templates for Word and LaTeX can be found here.
- Ensure your manuscript adheres to the formatting guidelines provided in the templates.
- Authors are strongly encouraged to limit their papers to six pages, including all figures and references, for readability and conciseness. The maximum number of pages is eight.
- Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
STEP 2: Copyright Transfer and Notice
- All authors intending to publish in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library must provide a transfer of copyright.
- Please do not include the copyright notice at the bottom of your final manuscript. Once your camera-ready paper has been uploaded, authors can access the form for their accepted submission by using the Electronic Copyright Form link in ConfTool.
STEP 3: Create your PDF eXpress Account
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site
- For first-time users, do the following:
- Select the New Users – Click Here to sign up.
- Enter 62632X for the Conference ID, your email address, and a a password.
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
- For Previous users of PDF eXpress:
- Follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences.
- Verify that your contact information is valid.
- Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
- IMPORTANT: Any changes made to a PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion or PDF Checking may invalidate Xplore compatibility. This includes headers, page numbers, copyright notice, watermarks, etc. If any of these elements are desired, they should be added to the document before creating a PDF.
STEP 4: Upload your Final Manuscript
