Registration & Publication Policy
To be published in the IEEE ETCM 2021 Conference Proceeding and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the R1 or R2 registration rate and the paper must be presented by an author of the paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions.
Registration fees are non-refundable. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one author registration covers up to 2 papers.
To be invoiced in Ecuador you must first register (select Deposit or Wire Transfer to the Ecuadorian Account as payment method) and forward the confirmation email to the IEEE Financial Chair with all details indicated in the registration site.
All fees are in US dollars .
