For Authors:
The values must be canceled before September 20, otherwise the papers will not be published.
Full Conference Registration includes:
Access to all sessions, exhibits, conference dinner, lunch during the conference and tutorials, conference program, conference proceedings on a flashdrive, Pre-conference workshops and tutorials.
If you register during the conference, dinner event, lunch during the conference and souvenirs are subject to availability.
Publication Policy
To be published in the IEEE ETCM 2022 Conference Proceeding and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the R1 or R2 registration rate and the paper must be presented by an author of the paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions.
Registration fees are non-refundable. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one author registration covers up to 2 papers.
To be invoiced in Ecuador you must first register (select Deposit or Wire Transfer to the Ecuadorian Account as payment method) and forward the confirmation email to the IEEE Financial Chair with all details indicated in the registration site.
*All fees are without VAT. A 12% VAT surcharge is applicable if you are invoiced in Ecuador (payment by local transfer or deposit). To do this, send an e-mail to vuguna@ieee.org with billing and registration information, and you will be instructed on how to proceed.
*Los valores anteriores son sin IVA. Un recargo del 12% por IVA será aplicable si usted realiza el pago en Ecuador (depósito o transferencia a la cuenta en el banco local). Para esto, enviar un e-mail a vuguna@ieee.org con los datos de facturación y de registro, y se le indicará cómo proceder.
