PARTNERS
The 2025 IEEE International Conference on Energy Technologies for Future Grids (ETFG 2025) is a biennial conference organized by the ARC Training Centre in Energy Technologies for Future Grids (Future Grids Training Centre) in Australia.
The conference is financially sponsored by IEEE Industry Applications
society (IAS), USA
NSW Joint Chapter IAS/IES/PELS, and IEEE IAS and PES Student Chapters at Wollongong, Australia are supporting the event.
The Australian Research Council (ARC) Industrial Transformation Training Centre on Energy Technologies for Future Grids (ARC Future Grids ITTC) will manage and run the Conference.
The Conference theme is “Challenges, Solutions, and Opportunities for Industrial Transformation”. It will provide a forum for power engineering professionals and researchers to exchange up-to-date knowledge, experiences, and views on sustainable emerging trends of modernization in the electrical power and energy sectors.
All aspects of emerging trends of modernization in the electrical power and energy sectors will be considered, such as micro-grids; smart-grids; distributed generation; renewable energy; electric vehicles; hydrogen energy; advanced power converters.
The conference will also address the increasing trend toward emission reduction and increased participation of private capital markets in electricity generation, transmission, and distribution.
The conference will provide an opportunity to not only explore the challenges faced by power and energy industries in key areas of power engineering, power electronic applications, and new energy system technologies but also to share a vision for solutions and opportunities to those challenges.
