  • Authors who did not register yet are advised to register as soon as possible, and inform the Conference team about the tentative date of their registration through etfg-conf@uow.edu.au. Papers not included in the author registration will be excluded from the program. Author registration will expire on 1 November 2025.
  • You can register for the IEEE ETFG 2025 conference without paper. Registration is open for delegates who like to attend the Conference. Please register as soon as possible

*Day registration is allowed only for local participants who are from industries in Australia.

Notes:

  • All Costs above are in USD.
  • Payment will be processed in the local currency after the conversion from USD to AUD (dollar sign is same for the both currencies). 
  • For a paper to be included in the conference, authors must register and present the paper at the conference.
  • All participants (authors / co-authors / non-authors) need to individually register for the conference.
  • Each full-registration can add two (2) additional paper with an additional cost of $150 per paper.
  • Author registration includes only one paper free. Please add the extra paper in your registration if you have more than one paper to present, and pay the additional fee for extra paper.
  • All papers must be registered. Unregistered papers will not be included in the Program.
  • Goods and services tax (GST) is 10% that will be added during the final payment.

All conference registration categories will have access to technical sessions, welcome reception, inauguration, closing ceremony, daily working lunch, and conference banquet.

Cancellation Policy:

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received before the Early Bird. No refunds will be issued after the Early Bird. Please submit all refund/cancellation requests to the Conference General Chair for consideration. There will be a cancellation fee of $100 deducted from each refund.

Substitutions for paid registrants may be made at any time without penalty.
