The conference will be hosted at Hotel Moscow, one of the oldest operating hotels in Serbia. It opened in 1908 and represented a major investment of the Russian Empire in the Serbian economy. It was originally a 36-room inn within the multi-purpose Palace Rossiya. The building has been under governmental protection since 1968 and is considered a historic monument in the center of the city of Belgrade.
