1. At least one author from each paper must register and pay the appropriate non-refundable registration fee for the conference prior to the June 25, 2020 submission deadline.
2. This registration fee only entitles you to download the conference record and prerecorded presentations. In addition, each paper presented requires a separate paper (presentation) fee. Each paid author is limited to three presentations.
3. Any submissions that are not accompanied by an author registration will be treated as a no-show, not be posted to IEEE Xplore post conference and will be withdrawn from peer review for publication consideration.
4. All other attendees may register for the conference and pay the appropriate non-refundable registration fee anytime up to and during the 30-day period when recorded presentations will be available for download.
*Paper Fee is required for each paper presented at the virtual conference (for example: Tinny Lee is an IEEE life member and authored and presented two papers, so her total registration fee would be $230 + $200 = $430).
