The IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS) TC-12 have generously provided a number of student attendance grants (300 USD for local students, 500 USD each for students from the Southeast Asia, and 1000 USD each for international students) to support students in attending IEEE iDEAS 2025.

How to apply for iDEAS Student Travel Grant:

1. A presenting author (oral or poster);

2. Willing to perform some volunteer duties during the conference.

3. Registered for the conference.

4. Submit a student poster on Decentralized Energy Access Solutions. (A1 size, in pdf, the link of the poster needs to be shared through cloud-based channels, such as Onedrive, Dropbox, Google Drive)

Awards are selected by iDEAS committee based on the qualification and financial needs of the applicant. Award funds will be issued to students after the conference, who meet the requirements and submit the necessary paperwork on-time. If you have any questions, please contact qianwenx@kth.se
