PAYMENT POLICY
The rates listed below are the subject to the European VAT laws. If payment is not received by congress organisers in due time sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for the problems that may occur.
Deadline for payment of:
- Sponsors – until: Defined in the contract
- exhibition space – price 250 EUR until or on 1th July 2016
- exhibition space – price 290 EUR after 2nd July 2016
