Please note that the weekend before ISGT Europe 2020, summertime turns into winter time. Therefore, all indicated times are in CET, not CEST.
The closing session of the conference will be on Wednesday 28 October at 19:45 including the announcement of next year’s conference.
The IEEE PES ISGT 2020 Europe will be a virtual event

Following the guidelines from healthcare authorities and advice from IEEE PES the Local Organizing Committee of IEEE PES ISGT-2020 Europe has decided that the conference will be held virtually on 26-28 October 2020.
Registration fees for IEEE PES ISGT-2020 Europe will be adjusted. Everybody who has already registered at the original fee will be refunded the price difference.
Accepted papers will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore Digital Library provided that they are presented at the virtual conference. Instructions on how to prepare for a virtual presentation will be provided shortly and sent to the authors separately.
The virtual conference will provide an interactive experience of high quality for all participants.

Information about the conference and COVID-19

Due to the currently ongoing COVID-19 pandemic it is uncertain in which form the IEEE-PES-ISGT-Europe 2020 conference will be held in October. We, the conference local organizing committee and IEEE PES, ensure you that the conference will take place, (1) either as planned at the conference center in the Hague, (2) in virtual form, or (3) as a hybrid of these two options. All accepted papers for the conference will be published through IEEE Xplore, provided that the registration fee is paid and the paper is presented at the conference. As conference organizers, we are striving for a very good conference – no matter the form. Since at this moment we don’t have enough information about the situation in October, when the conference takes place, we have postponed the early registration deadline to September 1, 2020.
For authors, the final paper submission deadline remains on May 22, 2020.
