No-Show Policy
The IEEE ISGT Europe is a live conference that depends on the presentations given during their sessions, and discussion after the talks and in the breaks. Authors who fail to present their papers leave a gap in the program, which is unacceptable for the conference audience.
IEEE ISGT reserves the right to preclude authors who do not present their papers at the conference from having their papers published in IEEE Xplore.
Obligations of authors and presenters:
- For each accepted paper, one author needs to register to attend the conference and present the paper in the assigned session, either in a talk or as a poster, according to the respective track.
- If the authors have or anticipate, unforeseen circumstances endangering or preventing the presentation, the Program Chair must be contacted immediately. Any alternative arrangements require approval by the chair.
