- Each presenter has 15 minutes and a short Q&A session (~3 minutes) to present his findings; Prepare your presentation (PowerPoint or PDF exclusively) before the conference using the mandatory template;
- Please go to your session room 30 minutes before your session to meet the chairman and upload your file on the computer. Check that everything looks good before your talk.
- Paper Format:
- Papers must be written in English, unpublished, and not submitted elsewhere.
- IEEE format required. (Paper style adjustment according to the IEEE template)
- Maximum 6 pages, including illustrations and references.
- PDF eXpress verification required.
- Copyright agreement signature.
- IEEE “No Show” Policy (Accepted papers must be presented to be included in IEEE Xplore).
Paper style adjustment according to the IEEE template
At this stage it is needed to adjust the paper style according to the IEEE format. Those papers using the LaTeX sources, must replace the phrase Index Terms with Keywords. Likewise, be attentive to the information of the authors and affiliations. Additionally, the Copyright notice must be included in the document. Papers must not exceed six pages in length. Ignore the header, and please do not number your pages.
