Registration Information
- Registration includes access to all sessions, the conference program, and official proceedings
- Each accepted paper or presentation must be covered by at least one registered author or presenter
- Regular and Member registrations cover up to two papers
- Discounted registration covers one paper
- Refund Policy:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
- A processing fee of $10 (students) or $20 (all other attendees) will be deducted from refunds
- All fees are listed in US Dollars
Complimentary Registration Requests
ISTAS25 is committed to inclusivity and welcomes participation from students and others who may face financial barriers. Complimentary registrations are available upon request and subject to approval.
To apply, please email registration@istas25.org with the following information:
- Students
- Full name, university name, and level of study
- A short statement (100–150 words) explaining your interest in ISTAS25 and how attending will support your academic or research goals
- Other Attendees
- Full name and professional or organizational affiliation
- A brief explanation of your financial need
- A short statement (50–100 words) on how attending ISTAS25 aligns with your work or goals
