Exhibitor Information

Below are the exhibitor level package fees for the 2020 NAECON Conference.  There are a limited number of spaces for each level, so be sure to register early!

Platinum
Fee: $5000 
The Platinum (Pt) Level Exhibitor Package includes:

• One booth space and one (1) six foot (6) tables with two (2) chairs
• access to 120V outlet
• wireless Internet connection
• full page color advertisement with 250 words of company description in the printed program
• option to present one (1) sixty (60) minute concurrent session**
• 4 complimentary conference registrations*
• exhibitor logo with hyperlink to company homepage shown on NAECON Conference website
• printed conference program
• one color exhibitor logo screen print on the NAECON conference bag***

Gold
Fee: $3000 
The Gold Level Exhibitor Package includes:

• One booth space and one (1) six foot (6′) table with two (2) chairs
• access to 120V outlet
• wireless Internet connection
• full page black and white advertisement with 150 words of company description in the printed program
• option to present one (1) sixty (60) minute concurrent session**
• 3 complimentary conference registrations*
• exhibitor logo with hyperlink to company homepage shown on NAECON  Conference website
• printed conference program

Silver
Fee: $2000
The Silver Level Exhibitor Package includes:

• one (1) six foot (6) tables with two (2) chairs
• access to 120V outlet
• wireless Internet connection
• half (1/2) page black and white advertisement in the printed program
• 2 complimentary conference registrations*
• exhibitor logo with hyperlink to company homepage shown on NAECON Conference website
• printed conference program

Bronze
Fee: $1000 
The Bronze Level Exhibitor Package includes:

• one (1) six foot (6′) table with two (2) chairs
• access to one (1) 120V outlet
• wireless Internet connection
• half page (1/2) black and white advertisement in the printed program
• 1 complimentary conference registration*
• exhibitor logo with hyperlink to company homepage shown on NAECON Conference website
• printed conference program

* Any additional representatives above this amount must register as a regular conference attendee.
**Gold and Platinum-level exhibitors that choose to present a concurrent session are required to submit a proposal of the presentation by close of business, April 30, 2020. The NAECON program committee will review the proposal(s) for content and appropriateness. Exhibitor session timeslots are subject to availability and no guarantee of attendance is made or implied.
***Exhibitor logo artwork must be delivered to conference organizers NLT June 15, 2020 to be included on conference bag
