  • Please download the NAECON Poster template PowerPoint file below for creating your Poster. 
  • You should save the final version as a PDF file before submitting for printing.
  • Participants are responsible for printing their Poster(s).
  • A mechanism to attach your Poster for viewing will be provided onsite at the conference venue (you only need to bring your poster).

Poster Session 1

  • Poster Session 1 will be held on Tuesday July 16, 2024 at 5:00-6:30 pm (1700- 1830) in the Ballroom.
  • You may set up your poster prior to the start of Poster Session 1 (between 3:45 pm and 5:00 pm). Volunteers will be available to assist you.

Poster Session 2

  • Poster Session 2 will be held on Wednesday July 17, 2024 at 5:30-6:45 pm (1730-1845) in the Ballroom.
  • You may set up your poster prior to the start of Poster Session 2 (between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm). Volunteers will be available to assist you.
