Instructions for Author Presentation

All authors are required to submit their presentations before the start of the Conference.

Please note that virtual Paper Presentation needs to be pre-recorded. Details on how to record your presentations are listed below.

Video/presentation length

Paper presentation: 10 minutes (12 minutes maximum). It would be greatly appreciated if you could upload UPLOAD YOUR PRESENTATION NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 24, 2024.  

Preparing and Recording Your Virtual Presentation

There are several video conferencing tools available to easily record a presentation.  In this method, you can show your face via webcam (if you’d like) and display your slides as you talk. You can use any meeting software as long as you get a good quality recording and your final file is in the MP4 format. Here are some links to instructions on recording a meeting on common platforms:

File Naming

Please use the following naming convention:

  • Technical Papers – <Paper ID>. For example, Paper_13.PDF is to be used as the filename for Paper_13 if the author is presenting in-person while Paper_23.MP4 is for the video of an author participating virtually to present Paper_23

  • In-person presenters are to prepare their presentations and save as either PPT, PPTX or PDF and upload on or before Sunday November 24, 2024 via this link >>>
