Authors Action for Revision
Upon paper conditional acceptance, authors are requested to follow the following guidelines:
Revise your paper
- Revise your paper addressing all the suggestions and corrections mentioned by the reviewers and the conference chair.
- The paper from this stage should include the authors names and affiliations as per the IEEE conference paper guidelines
- It is mandatory that the length of the final paper should not be more than 5 pages in A4 size, including figures, tables and references.It is mandatory to use IEEE Conference paper template either in Word or Latex. Failure to do so will result in your paper exclusion for future process.

Full Paper Submission Guidelines
- Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of 4 to maximum 5 pages (A4 size), in the form of PDF file to the conference electronically.
- Each paper must be original and an unpublished work, and not submitted for other publication elsewhere.
- All papers submitted must strictly follow the IEEE Conference format. Refer to the IEEE conference paper template : IEEE Conference Paper Template

- The authors must not indicate their names, affiliations, and acknowledgements in the body of submitted paper. The authors are to provide their personal information during the online submission.
- A peer review process will be used to evaluate all papers submitted for consideration.
- The paper accepted for the conference must be presented by the author/co-author.
- The authors/co-authors registered for the conference, irrespective of the level/class of the registration, are entitled to present two papers at the conference and have them included in the IEEE Xplore.
- For any further paper, i.e., third, fourth, etc., presented at the conference by the registered author/co-author a mandatory fee of USD 150 per additional paper must be paid.
Conference Publication and Copyright
- All proceedings of the past IEEE PowerCon have been published in IEEE Xplore and the proceedings of PowerCon 2024 may be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® once they meet the requirements.
- IEEE will own the copyright to the Conference publication. IEEE, being the owner of the copyright in the Conference publication, the IEEE Copyright Transfer form must be filled out by each author and provided to IEEE.
- IEEE maintains the highest possible publishing standards and, as such, reserves the right to deny publication of any proceedings that do not meet those standards for scope and content quality.
- The Conference shall follow the policy on plagiarism that is outlined in the IEEE Publication Services & Products Board Operations Manual Section 8.2.
