Special Notice - Coronavirus (COVID-19)
To all our IEEE ProComm members, prospective conference attendees, as well as our larger IEEE family of Societies and Councils, our hearts are with you during these uncertain times as we support our families, our colleagues and students, ourselves, and one another. As an international Society and community, part of one global IEEE, we stand with you.
We will continue the ProComm 2020 conference in some format that allows our authors to present and publish, and our attendees to participate, even if that format is virtual. Toward that end, the conference planning team and Board of Governors are actively working together to determine the shape of the ProComm 2020 conference. The paper-review process is still on track, and we strongly encourage you to continue developing your papers and to submit them before the regularly scheduled deadline for second-round submissions, April 20.
We welcome and request your input as we think through how best to structure ProComm 2020 in a way that balances safety, inclusivity, and our mutual desire to connect and learn.
Please contact Dr. Jonathan Arnett, the ProComm 2020 General Chair, at email@example.com with your questions, concerns, or suggestions. We want to hear from you, and we look forward to seeing you, whatever the format may be, this July.
