SAC2020 Cancellation Statement
We regret to inform you that due to concerns over the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), and the closure of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County campus, we decided late last night to cancel the 2020 Student Activities Conference.
We will be issuing full refunds for all registration fees. The refund process takes a couple days. If you’ve placed deposits for transportation, we encourage you to seek refunds as soon as possible. Many organizations are relaxing their refund policy in light of the outbreak.
While unfortunate, we believe this decision is the best option going forward. We hope that you understand. Please reach out to us with any questions by email to email@example.com.
As we look forward to the 2021 Student Activities Conference, please know that our competitions will be modeled off of those planned for 2020. Schools with an interest in hosting the 2021 Conference should continue to work on their proposals. We’ll be in touch in the coming weeks with revised submission instructions.
