PROCEDURE TO UPLOAD VIDEO (20/09/2020)

  1. INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPLOADING VIDEO
  • Due Date: 22 September 2020
  • Rename presentation video file according to following format: “parallel session code – track code-paper ID”
  • Code for Parallel Session 1-5: P1, P2, P3, P4, P5
  • Code for each tracks: Mechatronic & Robotic Engineering (MRE), Electronic Engineering (EE), Electrical Power Engineering (EP), Computer Engineering (COMP), Communication Engineering (COMM)
  • For example, if your presentation slot is in Parallel Session 2 (P2), Track Electronic Engineering (EE) and with paper ID 12345678, then please rename your video file with: “P2-EE-12345678.mp4“
  • You can submit your video with two options below:
    • Direct upload video to following google drive link. Google account is required, account can be created with any email account. Please upload your file to the respective parallel session and track folder.
    • Parallel Session 1
    • Parallel Session 2
    • Parallel Session 3
    • Parallel Session 4
    • Parallel Session 5
  • Upload the presentation video in your drive folder (G drive, One Drive, Dropbox), make it shareable, and email the link to mdrazali@uthm.edu.my. Please put video file name code, e.g., P2-EE-12345678 as the email title.

Registered Paper (SCOReD 2020)

2020 18th IEEE Student Conference on Research and Development (SCOReD) will be held through ONLINE PLATFORM from 27 – 29 September 2020. This flagship conference is organized by IEEE Malaysia Section and IEEE UTHM Student Branch in collaboration with Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) The conference provides a platform for local and international researchers, engineers and scientists from academia and industry to present and discuss the latest technological advances and research progress in the fields of electrical, electronics, communication, biomedical engineering, materials and other related areas. The previous IEEE-SCOReD flagship conferences were successful with more than 200 participants from all over the world.

The conference organizer cordially invites students, academics, practitioners, scholars and researchers to submit their papers to SCOReD 2020. Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers (IEEE Conference Format) up to 6 pages through online submission. Double blind reviews will be conducted by at least two independent reviewers. Accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication in IEEE Xplore (Scopus Indexed).

The 2020 18th IEEE SCOReD is organized by IEEE Malaysia Section and IEEE Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia Student Branch (IEEE UTHM SB).

The conference will be held at the Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Parit Raja, Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia from 27th to 29th of September 2019.
