ABSTRACT

The application of analytics and its importance has grown in this decade. Large Enterprises are treating analytics as a way to stay ahead of their competitors. They understand, that without investing in analytical competencies, they will fall behind as their competitors make better and faster decisions. This seminar aims to present the next generation of enterprises which embed stream analytics into their core decision-making processes and make Event-Driven Enterprise a reality. Event-Driven Enterprises leverage stream analytics & integration at scale to generate the right offer at the right time for the right customer.

BIOGRAPHY

My main area of depth is “Data & Analytics”. I did my Ph.D. in this field and enjoyed publishing more than 30 influential articles. I had the privilege to work at CSIRO as an aspiring scientist in where I developed several AI-enabled solutions to help senior people have a safe and independent living in their home. Before joining AWS, I was at Deloitte as a specialist lead, managing large-scale implementation projects focusing on emerging data & analytics technologies to deliver economic and safety value to customers in agile steps. I am an IEEE senior member and also serve as an associate editor for the IEEE access journal. Over the past ten years, working in different sectors & industries, I established a diverse skillset applying end-to-end data & analytics solutions in multidisciplinary domains across energy, mining, health, telecom and transport industries.
