ABSTRACT

The myth that we can control what we can measure pervades the world of technology. Whether we are applying IoT devices in healthcare, the natural environment, eSport or cyber-physical application, the knowledge which we receive is partial. Our approach to data analytics from IoT must recognise that “a map is not the territory”.
