The registration fee includes: access to the conference and all sessions (except for the tutorials on Monday November 26th), coffee breaks and lunches, and access to the welcome reception on Monday November 26, and the networking dinner on Tuesday November 27.

* If you register as an IEEE-member, you must send your IEEE Member number by e-mail to received the member price.

** You must be a member of one of the societies listed here to qualify for this price.

Payment methods

You can pay by credit card or by bank transfer. Please select your preferred option in the last step of the registration process.

If you select ‘bank transfer’, the payment details will be send to you by e-mail.

If you select ‘credit card’, you will be linked to a Ogone safe-payment page to arrange the payment.

If you require an invoice, please select ‘bank transfer’, and send an e-mail to sg4sc@kuleuven.be and please do not pay before receiving the invoice. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail, together with payment instructions. Please do not request an invoice if you have already paid by credit card or bank transfer.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration, and an e-mail confirming your payment.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration received before August 1st, 2018 – no cancellation costs will be charged.
Cancellation of registration received before September 15, 2018 – refund of the registration fee is guaranteed, minus a 20% administration fee.
Cancellation of registration received after September 15, 2018 – no refund of registration fee will be granted.

Cancellations will be accepted in writing only (SG4SC@kuleuven.be) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee, the bank account number used during your transaction and/or the transaction number.
