Everyone’s favorite classic arcade game is coming to IEEE SoutheastCon 2021!  Earn points by collecting pellets, avoiding ghosts, and navigating the maze.  Acquire the correct power pellet to turn the tables and chase down ghosts for the highest score!

Practice Game Boards

A total of Three Game Boards will be constructed for Official Qualifying and Final Matches. A total of Four Game Boards will be constructed for teams to practice in the days leading up to the Official Matches. Practice Field Signup will once again be driven via Google Doc (view-only). Time slots are available in 15 minute blocks, whenever the facility is available and as long as Official Matches are not underway.

  • Limit of two (2) time slots per team at a time.
  • If a team does not arrive, their slot is forfeit
  • Please be considerate of each other! Misconduct may result in loss of privilege at the practice game boards
  • Time slots may only be allocated by competition volunteers, teams may only view the sign-up sheet.

Scoring

Scores will once again be driven via Google Doc (view-only). Queueing will be random and also driven by scoring doc. In the interest of fairness, the queue will remain the same for all 3 sets of the Qualifying Match. Queueing and Scoring will be reset for the Final Match.

Scores will be updated live throughout each set of the Qualifying Match. Scores will be updated live for Sets 1 & 2 during the Final Match. Scores for Sets 3 & 4 will be updated once the Final Four ranks are announced. 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place will be announced during the Award Banquet on Saturday. Final Scores and Overall Rankings will be published on this site.

-25 ptsContact with a ghost (mobile or stationary) before successfully complete the Power Play mission.
-10 ptsDamage to the game board elements, at the judge’s discretion.
