IEEE SoutheastCon 2023 hereby invites prospective authors to submit their manuscripts to the conference. There will be two types of submissions: i) full length paper, and ii) extended abstract. The full-length paper should be 5-8 pages long in the IEEE double columned format for the conference while the extended abstract will be 2 pages long in the same format. The full papers accepted will be allowed to be presented as a regular presentation while the extended abstract will be presented as a poster. The conference will adopt a rolling review system where the window for paper submission will start September 25, 2022, and the submissions will be reviewed and notified within 3 weeks of submission on the initial review decision. This will allow the submissions to be reviewed multiple times if submitted early and will allow the authors to improve the quality of the paper submitted before the final deadline for submission.
