Some branches travel to SoutheastCon in a charter bus and share it with other student branches. This is managed by the student branches, not IEEE. However, SAC will help connect branches with other branches looking to share a charter bus. Branches can chose any bus company they would like. Some Universities even choose to use their Universities bus. Another option is the company Charter Up; which has an account manager that is aware of the needs for SoutheastCon and will help branches determine their route and book a bus. Information on Charter Up can be found on their website ( https://www.charterup.com/ ). The account manage that is aware of SoutheastCon and student needs is po@charterup.com.
