This adventure takes you to the indigenous community called Embera, a cultural experience in which you will enjoy a beautiful re- run in cayuco (canoe) on the lake, through the green
landscape, full of flora and fauna of this region. We will arrive at a beautiful place where a waterfall is preserved, where you can refresh yourself in its waters and prepare for the cultural exchange experience.
Upon arrival at the community you will be welcomed to the sound of traditional music, you will also learn about their culture, dances, crafts and enjoy a delicious traditional Embera
lunch, based on river fish and patacones.

Become a historian and climb the Tower of Panama la Vieja to admire Panama City just as the navigators did since the 14th century.We will visit the Archaeological Site of Panama Viejo, which corresponds to the site where Panama City was founded on August 15, 1519 by Pedrarias Dávila and includes the ruins of the first European settlement on the Pacific coast of the Americas, as well as the remains of the first inhabitants of the isthmus. It has been declared a Historic Monumental Site since 1976.
We will continue our tour to visit the Old Town of Panama, Cultural Heritage of Humanity since 1982 enjoying its architecture, squares, the National Theater and the cobblestone streets that defy the relentlessness of time, it is the magical opportunity to have an encounter with more than four centuries of history.
