Important Guidelines for Authors of Accepted Papers
- Each non-student registration allows the presentation of up to two papers.
- Each student registration allows the presentation of one paper only.
- Authors should enter the paper details and ID numbers for all papers being presented under a single non-student registration in the registration form.
Registration Details & Deadlines
- Early Bird Rates apply until June 1st, 2025. Fees will increase slightly after this date.
- TENSYMP 2025 is primarily a physical conference, and authors are expected to present in person.
- Online presentations will be permitted only in extreme emergency cases, subject to committee approval.
