To be published in the IEEE 5GWF Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, at least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL or LIMITED (member or non-member) rate.
A “paper upload code” will be sent separately to the registered author. Sharing of the paper upload code is strictly prohibited.
The paper must be presented by an author of that paper.
This policy applies regardless of whether papers are part of the technical program or in a workshop.
Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.
Registrations for additional papers from the same author are eligible for a 50% discount.

Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and emailed to registration 5GWF@computer.org by 06 October, 2021, 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
All requests for registration transfers must be provided in writing and email to 5GWF-info@ieee.org by 28 September 2021. Registration rate differences will apply depending on the membership status of the new registration.
All payments made via wire transfer will be assessed a $20 non-refundable service fee.
