Lesleigh is currently a Strategic Research Manager at IEEE. Her focus is providing IEEE staff and volunteers the information they need to make data-driven decisions. Lesleigh has a wealth of experience in quantitative and qualitative research and analysis. In addition to Lesleigh’s research skills, she has experience facilitating committee meetings and strategy sessions.
Lesleigh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Lock Haven University and a Master’s degree in Sociology from William Paterson University. Lesleigh volunteers on the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) Research Committee and for the American Sociological Association (ASA). In her personal time, Lesleigh volunteers for the Brick Municipal Alliance for Drug and Alcohol Prevention. She also enjoys photography, the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
