Alexandra Small works at the intersection of development economics, finance, and policy evolution, bringing a unique perspective. She previously led Investment Products for the Institutional Retirement Business at Morgan Stanley, where she managed an over $300 billion investment platform and drove the launch of pioneering retirement investment portfolios. Her career began in sustainable and impact investing, a path that has seen her collaborate with organizations such as UN Women on initiatives that bridge the public and private sectors.
Passionate about storytelling and amplifying diverse voices, Alexandra founded a startup dedicated to this mission and public speaks on mindset shifts that open new possibilities.
Currently, Alexandra is pursuing her MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB), where she serves as Co-President of Women in Management, the largest club at GSB. She holds a BA in Global Affairs with Distinction, Magna Cum Laude from Yale University.
