Qurat-ul-Ain Schaller, is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in leading digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries, including industrial automation, telecommunications, and financial services. She currently serves as a Senior Technical Product Owner at Cisco, focusing on bridging technology and business needs to deliver maximum customer value. With a strong emphasis on stakeholder management, communication, and attention to detail, Qurat-ul-Ain brings strategic vision to her role, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results that align with customer needs and business objectives.

Qurat-ul-Ain earned her master’s degree in Telecommunications and Business from Queen Mary, University of London. Her commitment to continuous improvement is reflected in her approach to leadership and collaboration, consistently applying these principles to foster stakeholder alignment, prioritize effectively, and drive customer-centric solutions.

Throughout her career at Cisco, she has held key roles, including Engineering Program Manager, where she led cross-functional teams, aligning business and technical teams to achieve strategic initiatives. She has been instrumental in initiatives such as the Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation and the automation of business processes for order fulfillment and data unification, all with a focus on enhancing customer experience and value.

In addition to her technical expertise, Qurat-ul-Ain is actively involved in the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), currently serving as Chair of the New England Network. She has also held several roles on international committees.
