Available Grants

There are two sources of grants available to help offset or cover the costs of attending the forum. Recipients may only receive one grant, though they may apply for both — meaning, those awarded the WIE Affinity Group (AG) grant will not be eligible for the Charles and Rose Rubenstein WIE Forum Grant, and vice versa. Additionally, both grants contain a no-show clause stating that if the recipient were to cancel their registration or hotel room in any event, they will be responsible for reimbursing to the Grantor any grant money already disbursed.

Both grants give precedence to new eligible applicants.

Please read the following guidelines carefully.

  • Evaluation & Selection: June – July
  • Notification of Acceptance: July 25, 2025

  • Final grant selections will be communicated directly to applicants by July 25, 2025.

Important Information:

  • No-show Policy: If selected for the grant but unable to attend, you will be responsible for canceling your hotel and registration; alternatively, you will be held responsible for reimbursing the WIE Forum for any grant funds disbursed on your behalf.

  • One Grant Per Applicant: Recipients of the Rubenstein WIE Forum Grant will not be eligible for this grant.

  • Priority for New Applicants: First-time applicants will be given priority. (On the form, please indicate if you have received this grant in previous years, and specify the year(s).)
