Neeta Basantkumar is currently an Engineering Manager at Northrop Grumman. She was previously a Process Engineering Manager at Northrop Grumman’s Advanced Technology Laboratories (ATL). Prior to that, she supported the trusted foundry as a Process Integration Engineer. She also worked at Lockheed Martin as a Research Engineer after completing her rotations as Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) participant.
Back in 2015, Neeta started as a on-site registration volunteer. In 2017 & 2019, served as the chair and in 2022, served as a vice-chair while taking on other roles as well. In 2023 & 2024, she served as an advisor. And in 2025 is returning as a chair for the 10th year anniversary. In 2024, she also supported the IEEE Baltimore Technical Colloquium and Professional Development as a conference advisor. She is also the region 2 secretary. She is a committee member for the IEEE Public Visibilty board.
