Currently, Mahima serves as the Data Science and Analytics Manager at Logicmonitor, where she leads a team focused on leveraging advanced analytics to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

She earned her Masters in Information systems at Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago. Her research interests are in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing. Previously, Mahima has held multiple roles at Salesforce and Siemens, where she spearheaded initiatives that improved business intelligence capabilities and optimized data workflows. In her latest position, Mahima plays a crucial role in shaping data engineering and data science efforts for driving growth. As a seasoned professional, she is committed to sharing insights on data-driven transformation, with a particular focus on leveraging data science to solve complex business challenges Mahima is extremely passionate about encouraging, mentoring, and empowering people, especially women and students, in the world of technology. She is also an active member of the tech community, serving on the leadership team for Society of Women Engineers – Golden Gate Section.
