Susanne Tedrick is a Client Technical Specialist for IBM’s Cloud Platform technical solutions team in the Communications & CSI markets. Susanne works with media, telecommunications and utility companies in solving complex technical issues surrounding cloud-native application development and application modernization. She is a certified Solution Advisor for IBM Cloud and is recognized within IBM as a Teacher/Educator,  Speaker/Presenter and Mentor.

Susanne is the author of the forthcoming book tentatively titled “Women of Color in IT: A Blueprint for Inspiring and Mentoring the Next Generation of Technology Innovators” for publisher Wiley & Sons.

Susanne holds a degree in Communication Systems from Northwestern University. In her spare time, she serves as a mentor for P-Tech and the Partnership for Student Advancement, and as a volunteer workshop assistant for Black Girls Code.
