Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is the world’s largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. IEEE and its members inspire a global community through their highly cited publications, conferences, technology standards, and professional and educational activities.

IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) is one of the largest international professional organizations dedicated to promoting women engineers, scientists, and inspiring girls around the world to follow their academic interests in a career in engineering. The mission of IEEE WIE is to facilitate the recruitment and retention of women in technical disciplines globally.

WIE ILS provides regional opportunities to foster networking, mentorship, and collaboration. With the leadership and creativity of our volunteer organizers, WIE will continue the WIE ILS program in 2022 as part of the portfolio of global initiatives that focus on empowerment, entrepreneurship, leadership, and emerging/future technology.
